Vacation Villas! When you are booking with us, we are not just an
"agent" - we are, for most of the properties you'll find here, also the
on-site property manager. This means that we know our Vacation Villas
inside out, and can most likely answer all your detailed questions. We
are a professionally family-run business with many of our Guests coming back
to us year after year.
We provide excellent value, honest and
Guest-oriented service for over 10 years now. In Florida, in this line
of business, that is a long time. Coming to think of, we likely are
one of the original companies under the same ownership for this long.

In general, all our Vacation Villas are fully
equipped for the number of Guests, with towels, linens, silverware, dishes,
glasses, pots and pants, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, washer, dryer,
microwave, fridge/freezer, stove et cetera. Our motto is "all you need
to bring is a tooth brush". If we offer a Vacation Villa for rent, it
will have passed our inspections, or otherwise we would not rent it.
Since we believe you should rightfully expect a Vacation Villa furnished
like this, we do not list these items over and over in each listing.
For the same reason you will not find "small print" in our descriptions,
trying to sugar coat a fact that we otherwise would not find acceptable.
Common sense and the deeply rooted desire to deliver a wonderful Vacation
Villa for your most precious time of the year is what makes us get up every
day of the week.
However, should something not be right or not to
your satisfaction, and truthfully, despite out hard efforts, things around a
house just sometimes do break or someone in the chain of getting your Villa
ready for you may just have had a bad day - rest assured that we are local,
we are just a phone call away, and we will correct the situation quickly for
you. And this is why we have such a tremendous rate of repetitive
business.
